While the hotel and food are commendable, I've observed that the service, particularly the communication from the receptionist wearing glasses, lacks the expected hospitality tone. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the staff could adopt a more welcoming and service-oriented approach in their interactions." -The hotel is great -The food is nice -Service is not that ok Suggestions Hospitality English is needed including the mindset of giving a service 23.12.2023 Checking Out 24 .23.2023

My spouse experienced service issues during her stay back in 2022 at Mestyle and we gave the hotel our feedback. This year, we are delighted that service has improved tremendously during our stay. There's also a new big 7-11 store beside the hotel. Kudos to the hotel and staff for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. Its always great to know that a hotel values feedback from its customers.

Everything about tonight's seafood buffet was great. The food and service were both top-notch. I loved it. Except that it's too far from the MRT station, I'm very satisfied with everything else. Especially the breakfast service staff, their professionalism and friendly smiles deserve full marks.

A very unique hotel. Fascinating to just walk around. Service from the staff was refreshingly friendly and professional for Bangkok at this price point. The location is the only negative but I believe there is a free shuttle to the subway which we didn't know about. Looking back it would have been handy to be told about that during our checking as we had to book Grab rides everywhere. Overall still a strong 5/5.
