I have been here for a youth leadership training and I must say Mezzo Hotel deserves a solid four stars for its overall excellence. The rooms are well-appointed, offering a comfortable and modern retreat. The staff is attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the dining options are commendable, a slightly wider variety would elevate the experience. Nonetheless, Mezzo Hotel provides a pleasant stay with its thoughtful amenities and customer service, making it a reliable choice for travelers.

Such a dump! I can’t believe this place gets good reviews. They do a brisk business in weddings, so maybe they have incredible event spaces, but for your average traveler this hotel was below average. Upon arrival, both our safe and toilet weren’t working properly. They didn’t provide an extra roll of toilet paper or any hand towels. Only one bath towel each and that was it. They don’t offer laundry service, but don’t have a line to hang yours on if you do hand wash. They have room service, but you can only pay in cash, in Filipino pesos, and they don’t come prepared to make change. Staff was immediately responsive to the many calls we needed to make to them, so that was the one bright spot. But overall, yuck. Would not recommend.

Twice we stayed in this hotel. Twice our own bottled water was taken out during our stay. Even unplugged the mini ref and our food got spoiled. Giving online reservation information to confirm your earlier reservation, please provide more information if the operator tells you you have no reservation. Location is perfect though.

We attended an event and also stayed one night at the hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Service during event was poor. Waiters and staff were disorganized. Water wasn’t served while event was ongoing. Food was just average. Not bad but not really that good. Poor service from staff overall. Room was ok. Typical hotel room. Pool was free to use but it there was a bridal photoshoot going on and it felt like we couldn’t go into the pool until the photoshoot was finished.

Didn't like the service there, we were given a room that their card key's not working, had to go on back and fort to the ground floor to 8th floor for our room to be openned. Took too long for our concerned to be fixed, luckily we were transfered to a new room, the room is working fine but the balcony is very dirty. Not a good experience for a first time goer in that hotel for me.
