I had to cancel this hotel for an emergency medical reason (recovery) and called 5 days in advance. Since they had a 7 days cancellation policy, I was replied that they could not cancel the room. That is quite ridiculous, but even more scandalous was that they took the money 5 minutes after that phonecall. Avoid this hotel.

Although somewhat clean, the rooms are outdated and there is a mini balcony without chairs or anything. The sink was quickly overfilled with water so we had to wait to wash our hands.. Also, it is in another entrance nearby, not in the same entrance as the reception. The receptionist was kind enough to get us a free room as we were literally scammed just 30 minutes before via booking, by one of their neighbors Domus Almat (would never recommend). Rooms can improve and refurnish and add extra pillows, as well as change the AC. In short, brighten them up, change some things like the closet and desk, and fix some minor things. We paid €116 for 10 hours of stay, there should be some kind of discount for this, to attract more visitors.

Room was small and placked the tea and coffee making facilities mentioned on the website. We were in one of the rooms.un the other building. The toilet was too high for an average height person like me. The Aircon dis not work so we had to open the door and then it was noisy. Hotel it in the perfect location but really basic.

Ok hotel simply for its location and Gran Caffe Gambrinus down the road. Front desk were very helpful and great to deal with. We were situated in the building up the road from where we checked in. The room was tiny but I expect this is the norm, however, the room was dated, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom after every shower. Rooms were decently cleaned everyday which made it bearable. Overall, not a great hotel but excellent location. Update: Have received a response from the owner after 4 months. Not what I expected as I thought the review was rather honest. I wrote that the service was amazing, however…after the response I just received, the service seems to have become atrocious! Worst hotel in all of Italy. Find something as far away from this place.
