The hotel is in a good location close to the Lungomare. The room had a nice view to the waterfront. Bathroom is on a mezzanine in the room, which is unique but no problem. It could be challenging for older visitors. We had a small issue with our room on check in but it was corrected quickly by the staff. Overall a good place to stay for a couple of days in Naples.

With such an affordable room in a decent location, I didn’t know what to expect. But I could not be happier with my experience. The rooms were spotless, the manager and housekeeping were outstanding, and it’s only a 30 minute walk to the city center, but still nice and quiet.

The most wonderful staff with cute, decorated rooms. Rosana was amazing and helped with great recommendations and booking Taxis. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Our stay at Micalo was so enjoyable we cannot wait to be back in this beautiful city staying at this great place. My guests and I were warmly welcomed by the staff who were always there to answer any questions we had and gave fantastic recommendations for authentic local restaurants for any occasion as well as what not to miss in Naples. The rooms are very spacious and then one we stayed in was a duplex! You’ll be in for a great Italian breakfast staying here with an Italian espresso and cornetto! Also one of the most memorable things was the view! Stunning! If you’re looking for a unique stay this is the place for you!

Breakfast: It was amazing. There were several options between salty and sweet. Many kinds of juices, fruits, yogurts, cheese, ham, bread. There is always a nice girl or guy that helps you with the coffee. From the dining room you can see the sea and the Vesuvio volcano! Location: It's perfectly located close to the US consulate. It took us 5 minutes to get to out appointment! Perfect! The area might be a bit busy because of the constructions, but I'm sure that it will look great once they're done. The area is also great to visit the most iconic places in Naples. Room: The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has everything we could need. There was shampoo/conditioner, soap, cream, towels, robes. There was a very big tv and AC. Staff: extremely helpful and kind.
