It was better than expected, clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful ! The layout of the room is very well planned , well thought of for 4 adults and 2 teenagers to sleep in. The laundry facility was a big plus ! Location was fantastic, so many eateries around the hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the near future

Stayed here for 8 nights and it was perfect! Location was good, within walking distance from Dotonbori and the train station with convenient stores just within 100m. It’s quiet and pleasant at night. Our room was spacious for 2 adults + 2 kids. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was super friendly all the time.

Stayed here for 2 nights, 6 adults+2kids in a 2 room suite. It is well located, new, clean and well equipped. The staffs speak fluent English, and are always helpful, Hailey in particular, even spent her time playing with my kid at the lobby area. They have various types of board game/toy to rent during the stay which is very thoughtful for family with kids

We are 2 adult + 2 kids, the children loved the bunk beds. The room is really nice and comfortable for a long stay but we stayed only 4-5 nights. The coin laundry washer n dryer is a saviour clearing our old ones. Sightsee info to major Osaka attractions are also kindly prepared. They are better guides than our googled ones. We really have nothing negative to mention. Thou without breakfast, we easily settled it at Lawson just around the corner.
