It's the best hotel we've stayed in Tokyo! There are tons of restaurants, convenient stores, two subway stations and two shopping malls in walking distance! We've booked two rooms for the family and everyone loves it! Plus they have a roof which you can see the beautiful Tokyo city view! Will definitely come back again!

I would not recommend this hotel at all…. Rooms are very strangely designed – no cabinet space and tiny closet but table which could seat 8 people. Weird smells throughout visit and windows which were frosted over with metal mesh and locked which made the room feel a bit like a prison cell. No natural light in the room at all…..laundry costs quite a lot as well ….. Very expensive for what it is when compared to other options in the city….Location is fine but not as close to train as they say

This hotel is worth 10⭐. Everything from check in went exceptionally well! They all speak perfect English! Very helpful. The location is incredible too! Will stay again for sure! They are very accommodating. Room size is great too!
