Worst place I've stayed in a long time. The rooms and the hotel are covered in dust, staff is incapable and ignorant, and be aware that the location is very busy and noisy until 5 am and next to walking street. They also rent the rooms on an hourly basis to the hookers around. Room facilities, as described on the OTA's, are non-existent. No safe deposit box, no coffee facilities, no toilet paper or paper tissue refil(I gave up after asking for two days). Enjoy your day and stay away!!!

We hired a scooter from the hotel. The lady at 1st quoted 50thousand vnd. And when we came to return the scooter she asked for 70thousand vnd. We said that she had quoted 50thousand but she blatantly denied. We also told her that we had just got petrol for the scooter n filled it up till the brim. Still she took 70thousand vnd.

The location of this hotel is great. The service was alright, when we complained about not having HOT WATER or WATER PRESSURE, they simple did not seem to care, and it also seemed as though the front desk guy was drinking. Would not recommend this place at all.

We left our luggage with the receptionist while we waiting for our flight. Once we were at the airport we realised that someone has stolen my friends belongings. My friends expensive apple products were stolen along with all her chargers and adapters. We know this because we can see can see the thieves currently location due to find my iPhone on all devices. The property assured us that our belongings would be safe but obviously they were not.
