This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and made you feel truly welcomed. Special mention for the breakfast which had both great service and fantastic food. Little touches like free bike hire or small gifts when leaving made you feel like they had really put the effort in to make your stay as nice as possible. This hotel has restored my faith in 5 star hotels.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Andre Santos, our bartender, went above and beyond to not only make our night but make our entire stay. Replete with recommendations on food, places to see, things to do, and overall his cheeriness made for such an awesome night. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Lima! 5 stars.

We stayed at the belmond Miraflores Park July 2023 (I’m writing this review immediately after our stay because that’s how blown away I was by this hotel and the people there who make your visit incredible!). The location is perfect for walking around, and exploring one of the best culinary scenes in the world. But truly, it’s the service of this hotel that will have us staying at Belmonds many times in the future. Our stay began with pick-up from the airport at 5:30am, upon arrival at 6am they had our room ready for a very early check-in. After a long day and night of travel, it was amazing to have a room ready for us to rest. Following our nap we enjoyed a couples massage in the morning - highly recommend their signature massage! After our massage, we stopped in for breakfast, but found we were 30 min late — not to worry though! The hostess welcomed us even though breakfast had concluded and allowed us to fill up plates with fruit and breads and cheese to take back to our rooms, so kind! We then went back to the observatory restaurant for Sunday brunch at 1pm - phenomenal! We enjoyed our complimentary pisco sours in the hotel bar. And at breakfast the following day the staff gifted us cacao tea for our journey to Cusco to help with the altitude. Book this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.
