Stayed here either side of our sailing holiday as the location is very central to the marina area and just off the old town. The rooms are in great condition and the staff are very friendly, willing to go out of their way to help and they also stored our bags while we waited for our transfers at the end of the day. Also very affordable and would definitely recommend for anyone to use them while looking to stay in Fethiye!

5 stars. Fantastic place to stay in Fethiye. Very friendly and helpful staff- particularly the owner! Great location right next to the old town and a few minutes from the waterfront. Rooms really nice, and good air conditioning. Highly recommend.

We found this place while walking around and initially wanted to stay only for 2 nights but ended up staying 10 days! Its location in the right centre of the city with many restaurants, shops, bars and the fish market was a big part, but the host and the staff are very responsive and try to make everyone work for the guests were a real attraction for us. Definitely will go back to stay for longer in future!

I stayed at these apartments for two weeks in April and that was an amazing experience! Inded, apartments have extremely convenient location - it's less than a minute of walking to the old town and street with all bars, tj the fish market and restaurants. Apartments are new and clean. I loved bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary staff there. There's also a conditioner in the room. Morover, this hotel has separated room for washing machine and place where you can iron clothes. The most i loved about these apartments is their very pleasant owner Yavuz. I had some troubles with paying for the booking, but we managed to fix them easily. If you are looking for an apart-hotel in Fethiye, i would definitely recommend you Miralya hotel as the best option. Thank you Yavuz!
