The hotel is tucked away from the noisy streets closer to the Egyptian Bazar so sleeping there was very pleasant and quiet. We walked to all attractions in the area. The place was clean, and the hosts are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options for that size of a hotel and every morning different options. Transport arrangements from and back to the airport was punctual and comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay.

If this hotel wants to succeed then it must SACK the incredibly rude and inconsiderate Mustafa. Prior to my arrival he messages me to promise that the 'hotel will do it's best' to please me by reducing the room rate by taking into account that I will check in during the middle of the night. When I arrive at past 4am not only does the hotel NOT keep its promise but it charges me MORE!. When I speak to this rude Mustafa, who is a really dreadful man he is incredibly rude to me!. The fact is that I was going to stay longer BUT NO solely because of this incredibly rude man I left early. Had he extended a courtesy and kept his promise then I would have stayed and so now instead of a happy paying guest they have an aggrieved guest and an empty room and no money!!. SACK Mustafa and tell him to not be so rude and then your hotel just may survive. Simple.

Amazing location, friendly staff and very accommodating also gave us a free room upgrade :) Breakfast was also very delicious and ideal for a day in the city. Lift is very speedy. 24 hour reception also. Very close to tram station, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend
