Hotel shows 4stars in hotel booking websites but really it is not worth it. Rooms not spacious and esp bathroom... Water has more chlorine, after the bath can feel the eyes getting hurts... They provided the ironing thing at walkway but that one is too dirty and the iron box was stick with the close since it is not cleaned after some burns happened... They provided very few waterbottles which is not sufficient and no water dispenser there, when I asked the room service they charged 10rm for 3, 400ml water bottle... I would not prefer any of my friends to accommodate here....

Customer service is par excellence; starting with my phone call, email, check-in and check-out. Staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Will I stay at the hotel again? Yes, definitely.

Disappointing Experience at MITC Hotel I recently stayed at MITC Hotel at 17-18 sept 2023, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While I had high expectations for this establishment, both the staff service at the counter and the room itself fell short of what I anticipated. 1)Staff Service at Counter: The check-in experience was less than welcoming. The staff at the counter appeared disinterested and unhelpful. I expected a warm and efficient check-in process, but I was met with indifference. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the front desk staff were more attentive and friendly. 2)Problematic Room: My room had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. These included: Maintenance: The bathroom had a leaking faucet, and the air conditioning seemed to be malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortably hot and i have to change the room twice. I understand that issues can arise, but it's essential for a reputable hotel like MITC to promptly address and rectify these problems to ensure guest satisfaction. While I was disappointed with my recent stay, I hope MITC Hotel takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve its services and maintain the high standard I expected when choosing to stay here.

+: Aircond , bed, 5 pillows!, complementary mamee instant noodle cup, water pressure ok, hair dryer, towel clean - : Room 501 WiFi is poor. Reception said many ppl using! Excuse. Reception advised the need to login several times! I did X need to do that in another nearby hotel. Room lighting& chair not suitable as a business stay. Chair provided looked like for ladies/ beauty . Basin strainer missing, international TV e.g.AXN channel spotty,
