Room spacious and clean. TV channel okay and got wifi. Air-cond quite loud but bearable since we thought it was rain. Satisfied with the bathroom except toilet bowl dirty and toilet mat torn. Should have holder near bath tub since it's quite slippery get off. Left wing room got damp smell with ceiling run down. Breakfast was okay. Love the chicken rendang. Other meals so-so. Lack of pastry choice and edible. Found anak lipas near omelette counter but I don't want to make a scene. Satisfied with the swimming pool even can't really enjoy due to rainy weather. Suggest to have benches at swimming pool.

Spent a night in a room of horrors: firstly it was the air cond which kept switching off, then the whole room kept tripping and finally, at 4 AM we had to shift rooms when the air cond finally gave up. Bathroom aminities were poorly maintained and the bed had no protection mat!! Felt my whole body itching with bed mites the whole night. Sorry state of a hotel in a great location.

Room clean and tidy. Bathtub huge and functioning well. The hallway just need to be repair because there are leaking in corridor. Lift also to far from our room

Disappointing Breakfast and Service Experience I recently had the opportunity to stay at Mudzaffar Hotel Melaka , and while the hotel itself is quite beautiful with spacious rooms, my overall experience left me with a tinge of disappointment. I'd like to share my thoughts in the hope that it might help the hotel improve certain aspects of their service. Breakfast: One of the most significant letdowns of my stay was the breakfast offered by the hotel. It was lacking in variety and options, leaving guests with very limited choices. The taste of the food was also quite average, which was surprising given the relatively high price tag of RM35 for an adult breakfast. For this price, I expected more than just the standard nasi lemak and plain mee/kuewteow goreng. The side menu was equally unimpressive. Service: Another issue I encountered was the demean or of the cafeteria staff. They appeared stressed and unfriendly, which certainly did not contribute to a pleasant dining experience. Moreover, I noticed that leftover food from previous diners often remained on tables for an extended period, giving the cafeteria an unclean and unappetizing look. Facility Concerns: Furthermore, the hotel had issues with its cooling system, and some areas, including my room, were not adequately air-conditioned. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel's elevator from the ground floor parking lot was out of order and had been so for a while. This was inconvenient for guests like me who had to carry their luggage up the stairs, and I wish the hotel had informed us of this issue in advance. In conclusion, while Mudzaffar Hotel has the potential to be an excellent establishment, there are several areas that need improvement, especially regarding the breakfast offerings, staff friendliness, and overall service quality. I hope that the hotel takes these concerns seriously and works towards providing a more enjoyable and satisfying experience for its guests.
