The hotel building is big, however unfortunately seems like not many visitors staying here. The price for the room is cheap and reasonable, but some of the facilities provided such as the iron was not working and the TV inside the room also very small and no channels available. The lighting at the corridor is quite poor. During our stay, even the lighting at the lift area also not working. Actually we stayed here for one night only for transit during our trip to JB. So, if you need a transit room where you're going to stay for a short time only for sleep and shower and distance not so far from PLUS highway, then you can consider this hotel. Please don't expect too much from this hotel

All is good. The cheapest among limited hotels around MITC. The only setback is that there is no ventilator fan in the bathroom.

One of the very few options in Ayer Keroh. Hotel was located at a quiet area with no walking-distance restaurant. The room was disappointing with broken shower facilities, tower from the previous tenant was not collected and left hanging at the wardrobe. The hotel is not well-maintained and doesn’t worth the price

Worse than many budget hotels. Very poor maintenance. None of the water dispenser at each floor was working. The front desk excuse was that all of them are undergoing maintenance. But nonsense.... how can every water dispenser at every floor undergoes maintenance at the same time. It's probably not working since many years.... Room condition also very bad.... Very poor condition room. Bed was not comfortable with thin cheap sheets and aircon not cold even at 16°C. Wall not painted and TV so extremely small. Table doesn't have a electrical socket, how to work on a laptop? Bathroom is so small and the doors open inside, so very difficult for big size people to get into the shower are. When using toilet, can't close the door. Wifi is poor during evening and night.
