We enjoyed our stay here; the staff is really helpful especially with my luggage shipment. The public bath is clean and good way to start/end the day. The room has a little table and chairs and I especially like the clothing spray they provided to absorb any scents one might pickup from a night out at yakiniku.

Great hotel with a rooftop bath, which isn't that common in the Tokyo area. Really nice staff and accommodations. Close access to the train system as well (Gotanda station). Would highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo.

Transferred here from the Shinigawa Prince hotel and I could not be any happier. The room, while not too spacious, contains 3 beds and enough space to modify our packing arrangements. Its crystal clean, and very practical. The staff at the desk speak English, which is extremely convenient for those visiting Japan from an English speaking country. They’re very clear in explaining the hotel’s accommodations and specialties. The location is wonderful. Within walking distance of the Yamanote Line, which is easily the best line you can have access to for exploring Tokyo, and even exploring outside Tokyo is accessible with one simple transfer from the Yamanote Line.

Booked this hotel as it was on the main yamanote line, previously stayed at shibuya dude to the convenience but post covid those hotels jumped in price so much. Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda exceeded expectations, the rooms were decent sized, clean (had our room cleaned everyday) and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, got them to book us a cab for 5:30am on the day flew out and they organised everything so perfectly e.g. organised it, called out room when cab arrive and there was also a reception staff there to make sure we were on our way. The reception area is on level 15 so she came all the way down. Area is quiet compared to more busy areas in tokyo such as shibuya and shinjuku but it was convenient to get to either or even ginza on the yamanote line only a few stops each way. Would definitely consider staying here again. thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyabled.

The room was wonderful and clean, but didn't have enough space to store a big and small suitcases. We had to stack the chair and table to make some space. The sevice was exceptional. They have an English speaking staff. Highly recommended for foreigners. The location was good too. Just a 5-minute walk from the station and there are some restaurants around the area.
