I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near JR Nagoya Station, with many restaurants and shop nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the city view from 18th floor restaurant, where I had a delicious breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya. Thank you for your hospitality!

At the higher floors of a tall building, so the views were excellent. Very posh and well-maintained. Bathhouse was in great condition too. Convenient location, within walking distance to metro and main train station. Lots of eateries around the hotel too. Fairly quiet area on weekends as it is an office area. Saw that the breakfast looks amazing, will try next time.

The place overall is okay, nice high-rise view is a big plus. However the room is still quite dusty, especially on the top of TV shelf and bed. The hotel wifi is so weak that it cannot be used in several occasions. Chromecast cannot be used for casting devices to TV either. I was expecting the network service to be better with the price range I paid for, this is definitely a big minus for my staying period.

Great room with spectacular view of Nagoya city. Location is not bad as it takes 10 mins walking distance to get to the JR station. 15 mins if you need to take Higashiyama Line (which is used to get to Ghibli Park and Narai Juku). Breakfast was awesome with tons kf selection (including unagi buffet). Enjoyed my 4 day stay but gave 4 stars to Services. There are only two coin laundry machines by the public bath on the 18th floor. Wait time and availability do not show on TV. The other thing is the hotel wifi was horrible during my stay. Connection was unstable and speed was slow on my iphone and ipad. Staying at a different Mitsui location right now but internet is a lot faster. So it could be just the coverage issue. Overall would recommend if you are taking a leisure trip in Nagoya.
