Our original hotel booked had chosen our booking to test out this new opened hotel. On arrival we were provided with brilliant customer service and the porter was amazing and very helpful (he even got us some towels on the way to the room for us to dry off from the rain). On arrival to reception we were kindly greeted and everything was taken care of while we sat and had a welcome drink free of cost. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Fresh towels and linen provided everyday and a turn down service on the night where we were provided with some chocolates and a card with the weather forecast for the next day. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff & excellent service. The hotel is located minutes away from the beach, provide all inclusive meals, umbrella & towels. Free coffee at the reception. Rogerio, Andrea, Joao & Belen were all so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend Monicca MGM & would stay here again.

The rooms here are well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds are made daily and bed linen and towels changed regularly. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, polite and helpful with special thanks to Orlando on the front desk Bruno the porter and Maria. There are many facilities and activities to take advantage of with beautiful gardens to explore and direct access to the beach. The location of the hotel and the rooms in particular give spectacular views of the sea and rugged coastline. I would very happily holiday here again.

The staff are amazing they are so friendly and they loved my 2 daughters. We felt so welcoming and didn't want to leave. The room is lovely it had everything we needed. Every day our beds were made clean sheets and clean towels. If we needed anything we just had to ask and it was no problem. The view was spectacular right by the sea every morning a beautiful sunrise and in the evening a gorgeous sunset.
