We recently have been to Mono suites and absolutely loved our stay. With a great location, amazing customer service and very cozy accommodation, Mono Suites was the best choice we could’ve made. Is definitely a place we will recommend to friends and go back in future. Definitely a 5 star stay.

Location is amazing. Right in the middle of the old town so close to the royal mile. Beds were super comfy and the apartment was spotless. Very comfortable stay and so close to everything. Vale was very helpful to answer all questions. We booked last minute as another apartment had to cancel.

The best thing this place has going for it is definitely its location. We stayed here for a few nights during the Fringe Festival and it was very close to a number of different Fringe venues, and also easy to get to from Waverly station. We got the 1 bedroom apartment and the state of the place was pretty grim - floors were not clean, the wall next to the door had a big hole where looked like someone had punched it, carpet in the bedroom looked like it needed a deep clean, and the bathroom had hair on the ground. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise, which really was quite loud given the bedroom sits right behind a crowded bus stop, but it was the cleanliness and state of the flat that was the bigger problem for me. We will not be staying here again.

Great location but very noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper, you’ll be up until 2 or 2:30 in the morning. That’s when things settle down. Ear plugs were provided. Unit was clean and modern. If you’re a walker then you can walk to many of the popular sites. The bed in the bedroom was a bit hard but not too bad to sleep on. The bedroom was also quieter to sleep. The sofa bed mattress was ridiculously soft and lumpy and very uncomfortable. I didn’t notice an air conditioner. Luckily we went during the spring so didn’t need an air conditioner. We used the fans that were available. No washer/dryer unit. Not sure I can recommend the unit we stayed in because it was noisy but if that doesn’t bother you then the location was very centrally located.
