Service good. Location good (if you don’t mind the hustle and bustle) but sadly these rooms aren’t fit for purpose. Very strong stench of sewage from the bathroom which is just too overbearing. Sheets blood stained. Towels stained. Doors don’t lock. WiFi non existent. Bed springs broken. Couldn’t bring myself to use the water as the bathroom was a no go area with the stench. Only stayed one night then got a refund and moved out. Awful experience.

Room 301 is decently sized. The TV, A/C and refrigerator were pretty good, but the WiFi could be better. The mattress was pretty bad, but the sheets and pillows were fine. The bathroom was good with a great toilet. The carpentry work was cheaply done. The curtains were hard to open and close. The clothes hangers prevented the armoire door from shutting fully. The key card reader on the door did not work. Aeon Mall, Bassac Lane, Kabko Market, Independence Monument and a Line 2 bus stop are in walking distance. Music from Bassac Lane was noticeable some nights. The $22-$25 per night I paid seemed like a pretty good deal overall. I stayed for a few weeks and would stay again even if the price was a little higher.

The first time I stayed here it was so nice. Good ambiance with the coffee shop downstairs, clean and nice rooms, friendly staff. This time it seemed like the place has been left without proper care for awhile. The pool was under maintenance which was not mentioned on the website, a really big disappointment since they still charged full price. The staff was friendly, but felt like I was bothering them when I came for breakfast in the morning. Overall.... it's ok, but I'd probably find somewhere better for my next trip.

Overall, a decent stay. It seems this area is more expensive than other backpacker areas. The room was spacious and bright with a cute balcony. The staff was kind and let us keep our bags at the property until our evening bus. The area was good, just a tad bit far from the night markets and busy restaurants. The shower was not always hot and the bathroom had a weird, unclean smell. The TV and AC both worked great. Thankfully, there was an elevator too! Would recommend👍🏻
