Had a family emergency and had to cancel my one night stay. I didn't receive a refund, and when I tried to get in touch with management, the manager Todd would not return my call after several attempts. Don't pay them a dime till you check in. They have absolutely zero customer service. They can't make time to return a phone call ? Much nicer places to stay in the immediate area.

We loved this hotel so much that we came back a month later to enjoy it some more! The room we had was very spacious and the balcony was huge with a great table that had 6 tall chairs for gazing at the sea, the sky, the boats, and the sun bathers! I recommend booking directly with the hotel. They are very friendly, responsive, and professional, and they answer the phone when you call them. Built about 5 years ago, the building is in excellent condition too!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Unless it’s for like $50 a night. Lol. Besides being located in a prime location this hotel was a great disappointment. I will never return to this hotel again, and probably will do my best to avoid any and all “Monte Carlo” affiliated property! Upon checking in as a family of 5, w/a 6 & 4 year old, as well as a 8 month old; finding a non-working elevator was disheartening. Honestly wish we would have left at that moment. We had to proceed to haul our luggage and children up 3 flights of stairs, which quite frankly was exhausting. As well as a terrible start to what was supposed to be a relaxing and fun vacation. During our stay the elevator worked ONCE!!! Which is ok I guess if you don’t have children, a stroller, car seat, beach bags and equipment to move around, but we did. So every single time we had to go up or down from our room it was the same exhausting scenario. Parking is also VERY INCONVENIENT as you have to walk 2 blocks away to come and go from this location…In retrospect this probably wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if we didn’t already have to deal with the strenuous elevator debacle. We couldn’t even enjoy the outside pool or bar, because without the elevator there was no way we could make it up to the 6th floor, where all the main selling points of the hotel were located. The general manager should be ashamed of how he is running this business. This hotel is NOT family or handicap friendly. Ruined the only vacation I’ve had in quite some time, and made it difficult to enjoy much else. Save your money and go elsewhere. The only compensation offered was $15 measly dollars a day. I regret ever booking this hotel.

Located in prime location but I must say I will never be returning to this hotel again ! On checking in our bed sheets were not replaced from previous people. Front desk said no one was there to change the sheets and we had to move the old sheets and change them our self! 3 days later I asked the front desk for room service they confirmed , went back to the room around 6pm to not have the room serviced ! Once again they just hand me new bed sheets and do it your self ! Parking is horrible as you have to walk 2 blocks . Like other reviews 1 elevator extremely slow and is always dirty . The general manager should be ashamed of how he is running this business. The only good thing here is Ana she is helpful and full of energy.

Incident date and time: July 3rd 6:00 am 2023. Incident: When both of my access cards to the room were not working, I went to the front desk and told the person about the problem. The person said “…. I don’t know … it’s weird…i don’t know(this time very dragging).. did you keep it near the phone…”. She is visibly not happy that I am complaining about the card. I told her that I might have kept the card near the phone but keeping access card near a phone had never caused issues for me before in any hotel. She had to eventually put those cards under the reader and make it work. I really thought that this is just a vacation and we should forget and forgive such incidents. But then I realized that we pay sooo much for these hotels and in return we get this!l Can’t forget and forgive such incidents and should report for the benefit of others.
