Newer Hotel with very nice amenities , styled in what I would call a sort of chic Minimalism . Nice folks at the desk , lobby very nicely appointed with many places to relax . Rooms decently sized with wooden floors , walk in showers in rooms. Roomy atrium pool area with nice pool on the slightly smaller side , but ok . Hot tub in pool area would have put it over the top. overall B+

BAD PLACE BEWARE!!! Okay, that was an exaggeration. It isn't TOO bad. Rooms are quite small. In all honesty, breakfast was quite well. They have a mini pancake maker. Rooms have 2 beds. Very close to the beach, close enough to walk. Bus stop isn't very far from it, useful if you'd like to go to the 1st street boardwalk.

If I could give negative stars I would. I accidentally left a new pair of air Jordan sneakers in my room, called the same day I checked out asking if room service could check. I stated I would pay for delivery for them to be returned to me. They gave me the run around for two weeks. They kept saying they would call me back they never did, they never checked with house keeping. They stole my shoes and didn’t even have the decency to call me back. Don’t stay here house keeping and staff will steal your belongings. This is after we left a cash tip for house keeping.
