Really good hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, all working hard to make your holiday memorable. Also the manager's good behavior, nice teamwork. The entertainment team took us to the party, everything was great plus a hand ball. Nice coral 100m from the swimming pool. Overall 5* we would be back

Excellent Hotel Surrounded by Excellent Gardens Beach Sea View Lovely pools and Beaches. Excellent service by all Management staff as well as other. For everyone service was their priority Variety of Foods catering for all 24 hours a day I We would recommend the Hotel to anyone without Hesitation Room 188

Just spent a week at the Monte Carlo hotel, on arrival hotel is beautiful stunning grounds and perfectly manicured gardens and lawns. Inside the hotel is just the same beautiful decor and an amazing artwork. The rooms are large and well equipped with free non alcoholic mini bar in room. The rooms are a little dated but are clean and comfortable with large tv. Initially had room 186 a second floor with sea view, however had few issues with hot water so was given option of three other rooms. We chose 286 which was ground floor overlooking the pool and sea with no issues. The cleaners do a fantastic job and no issue is a problem. The food at the hotel was very good , the main restaurant did breakfast lunch and evening meal all with plenty of options. Thank you to the egg chef who made marvellous scrambled eggs for breakfast. There is also a further smaller rest called The Waves which does very nice food and drinks. Highly recommend the burgers for lunchtime great view over the ocean. There are several other restaurants including Chinese which was good and a Lebanese which looked good but we didn’t try that. The Indian restaurant in the hotel was superb great head waiter who made it very special good quality tasty food. Numerous bars the main one near reception had great views and Hany the barman making the best cocktails and made our holiday so special. The pool is large clean and staffed by life guards all the time. Animation team are a good bunch who try but don’t pressure you to take part. The staff in the hotel make such a difference they are superb friendly helpful and a great laugh, happy to tip during the holiday. My only issue with the hotel was that I do like a nice beach and unfortunately this hotel doesn’t have one. It’s a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea, what it does have though is a jetty where at the end you can use snorkels and swim with the huge amount of tropical fish absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

hotel in a beautiful place, very nice gardens, everything here has its own charm. the swimming pool is well-kept, lifeguards ensure the safety of children. a unique, rocky beach, not standard. wonderful coral reef and fish. English-speaking staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Atef, the head of the Waves bar. the food is ok, there have been worse, everyone will find something for themselves. the rooms are a bit outdated but clean, cleaned every day. You really can't fault him. if someone complains, it means that they expect too much from 5-star hotels in Egypt for money of 500 euros per person for 5 days.

The best place to relax and have a great time in Sharm el Sheikh. Food is great, they have Indian, Lebanese, Chinese, Grill and Italian restaurants that you can try, other than the buffet restaurant. There is a nice beach with one of the best coral reefs you can find in this area. No need to bring your own snorkeling mask, they will provide you one. Make sure to take a mosquitoe spray with you for the nights. Very well maintained green garden and shows to keep you entertained. Overall great experience for the price!
