Hotel is a total scam. They will ask from you to pay 3 times more at the reception for the room for which you already have paid reservation a month in advance. Avoid.

Hotel location is excellent to enjoy both side of the golden horn, you can easily walk over the bridge to the other side in less than 10 minutes. Located close to trendy Galata Port is also a plus too. There are no proper car parks close by. We still managed to park our car at a make shift area for a charge which wasn't really a car park, yet it turned out to be ok in the end. Apparently we had the best room in the hotel, yet I would give it 2 stars max. The pillows were most uncomfortable I have experienced ever. The floor and room in general felt worn out and didn't give a comfortable feeling. Bathroom supplies were very basic and seemed left overs from previous guests. Shower tray bounced under our feet as we stepped in the shower and moved about. Will I book again? 'No'.
