Great place to stay! Don't be fooled though, it's not a Hotel per se, it is more of a premium Guesthouse with 4 private rooms (with private bathrooms). We stayed in 404 (big room) and it had it all!! Coffee, kettle, tea, croissants, yoghurts, juice and water (all free of charge). Minibar, towel warmer, AC, heater etc etc. great wifi connection and sparkling clean (they fix up your room and clean it every day, just like in a hotel). The place looks brand new! Breakfast could be better, just a coffee/cappuccino and a croissant (no buffet) - you have to go to the corner coffee shop to get it with your voucher.

Clean, modern rooms. Good airconditioning. Bathroom is pretty and moderately sized. Minus is hard beds and thin walls, which is not romantic.. Receptionist/owner is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Rome.
