Great location, on Gran Via! The room was good (4-bed), bed was comfortable, with good sized locker (they provide key, nil extra charge). Best thing was the air-conditioner worked well for above 35°C Spainish summer heat. Bathroom facilities were good, adequate. They can provide laundry service (wash & dry) for 10euro.

The people running it keep the place tidy and clean. The kitchen had more than I expected so I was pleased. My roommate snored all night but hey.. it's a hostel 😅

My Airbnb couldn’t accommodate an early checkin, and I was dying to take a nap after the red eye flight, so I found this place on ByHour. There was a room available and it was well worth the price to catch a snooze from 11am-3pm. The manger was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

Room looked exactly like in the pictures and there was air-condition. Bathrooms are clean. We were told that cooking is not allowed because of covid precautions and we shouldn't stay in the common area. It's ok hostel when you spend the day out and just sleep there. The location is great but given the prices of hotels now I would rather book a hotel with swimming pool, especially when we couldn't do what hostels are good for - cook and talk to others. Also the door handle worked properly just from time to time so you can get a note from neighbours that you should close the door quietly but it's not possible.
