Beautiful hotel and excellent service if you ask them to fix something. Great views if you book a room with a ocean view. Good location with the beach and you have convenience stores, restaurants and bars all around. The room was clean and modern. Bed was firm. The only problems I had were the water would never get hot, only warm and someone was smoking somewhere and the smell kept getting into the room. Elevators were fast. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of food with a mixture of Western and Vietnamese. It was average IMO, you'll find better food outside the hotel. Wifi was stable and worked well. The rooftop bar had great views but not very busy. The pool was cold and nobody was using it. Overall, one of the best hotels I have been to, mostly because my room was the suite. I think other rooms will offer a comfortable and equally impressive stay. I would consider again but would try something else first.

Only about 10 minutes in a taxi from Tan Son That airport, so very convenient. Impeccable service, cleanliness and quality of breakfast provided. Staff can't do enough to help. I will definitely stay here again.

I was here from 21 - 23 August 2023. The staff didn't make up my room on 22 August morning although I didn't make any "don't disturb sign". The fridge wasn't working at all. It was not cold at all The staff charged me to extra fee for small towel, although I didn't take it away. It made me almost late to my flight. Why don't you just take any charge from my credit card. Overall very bad experience.

For a 5-star hotel, my expectations were not met. The staff was helpful, but not very friendly and they all seemed to be very stressed and not present. This hotel seems to attract a lot of loud guests; the lobby sometimes was very loud. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, no major complaints there. They let us check in early for free which was nice. The bathtub is very small, a suitable size for a 10-year old Vietnamese child. Plus, the showers get water all over the bathroom floor. It was nice to have a small gym, however they did not even offer water in the work out room. The pool was tiny and not at all a relaxing place to be. Also, our room did not come with robes which was very disappointing. We asked for some every day we were here and they said they were all sold out. Lastly, we asked if we could check out 2 hours late and they charge a pretty high fee for that. I found that to be a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was decent. Beds were comfortable :) I don’t think I will be supporting this brand again in the future, but I don’t have anything extremely negative to say. It’s a 4-star hotel IMO.
