It’s a great hotel overall. The location isn’t central and is hard to reach by walk, but we already knew it and were traveling by car and the location was actually great for us as, specifically with the on premise parking garage. It’s very close to Mall of Istanbul (by car or taxi). Great value for the price. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The food from the restaurant and breakfast was good.

The hotel is very excellent for large families, and the service is much better than I thought. The staff are very, very friendly, especially (Vesile), and very interested in the cleanliness of theم rooms. The person responsible for cleaning our room was very kind and very interested in cleaning (Jacob).

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Istanbul and absolutely loved it!! The staff are helpful, the units are really big and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little far from the city, but overall loved the place. Special shout out to my brothers Fatih Ozkaya and Zezer Volkan for their superb services!! Oh and their breakfast is divine!! Highly recommended!!

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 days and within these few days we have an exceptional hospitality from all of their staff. Their rooms are clean and well kept, the person who helped us and was with us was Fatih from reception, he made the process easier for my family and smooth with no problems. The rooms are spacious, location is at a good spot close to the tourist areas and a wide range of nice restaurants and malls. Versile welcomes us to the lobby with a kind smile and a kind heart made it feel like we are home. From the staff there was Arda and Ustafa who greeted us as soon as we walked in and were with us throughy the stay which made it easier for us staying here, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

The 4 bedroom apartment which we stayed in was great for the entire family to recover before we flew out of istanbul. The staff were understanding and attended to our simple requirements. One of the biggest downs and why they do not have 5 stars from me is that we booked a large return transfer through the hotel rather than our normal transport we used during the entire trip which was enough for our full pax. We believed Accor would be able to match the same and meet the requirements. Sadly we were mistaken, the van that came to pick us up for the airport was too small. Luggage didn't fit, we had to place multiple adults in the front seat and stacked luggage in the middle seat where kids were.
