Overall okay. My family stayed at the sea view jacuzzi penthouse suite. Nice breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at the front desk. Weirdly (given the price and scale of the suite), there was no clothes line available in the toilet. Cockroach smell around the kitchen sink 😖😖😖 I was looking forward to the unlimited chocolate milkshakes from the poolside bar from 3-4pm. Unfortunately my family only got 1 drink each, and the staff refused to make more. 🥲 This happened 2 days in a row. 🥲 According to my sister, the European family near to us had more than three milkshakes each. Preferential treatment? (We are Asian)

NEVER booking again, and would not recommend. Unpleasant Experience - Discrimination and Misrepresentation I regret to share a disappointing experience during my recent stay. The staff displayed rude and discriminatory behavior, treating 'white' guests differently. The room, advertised at USD 200, had an inconvenient entrance through the restaurant back door (next to the toilet and kitchen) Room number: 7203, not mentioned on the website or booking website- purposely not mentioned. Despite the hotel's claim of room change willingness, they insisted on a significant extra fee. They offered b'fast and one fruit plate- since I expressed my dissatisfaction- BUT breakfast was already a part of my room cost! Unfortunately, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Really bad experience. Overall quite dirty, old and smell waste water everywhere. On top of that we paid for a room that costs $800 per night that would have a working jacuzzi which didnt end up working for hours. We were told we would get compensated for this but at checkout were told we can’t have compensation for it. Really bad service at reception but giving empty promises. Will never visit again.

Terrible disappointed right from the start. Our pre-booked & paid airport pickup didn’t show up with any signages at the airport, had to go round frantically up & down the many signages to hunt for it. There wasn’t even one! We had to call the hotel to check… and we were told to head over to the grab pickup and look for the driver! And his reason was, he didn’t have a car plate to enter the airport!!! Service staff were so unaware and one didnt even know where the restaurant restroom was located. Forget abt receptionist. They can’t do anything for u. So, u r expected to go front desk and teach the staff how to get things done… ie: instruct them how to call the housekeeper to retrieve ur item. There is no sense of importance or any urgency.

The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was well stocked with Thai and western food, and the beach a 2 min walk. The restaurant here for dinner is amazing. Great location as the beach area outside the hotel is really quiet, yet a 5 min walk to some bars and (good) beach restaurants. Plus a further 10 min walk to a lot more. Two big supermarkets and bars, cafes and restaurants an 8 min drive. We had a three bed apartment with kitchen. It was huge and comfortable. It was looking a bit tired in places but overall a wonderful experience with the family
