Booked 7 nights stayed 1 night says it all. Not very welcome or friendly. Room basic with hard bed and no real top cover , just a very small cloth cover which did not even cover the bed. Very noisy area with windows you cant close.

Not friendly staff, not customer orientated and you don't feel welcomed there unfortunately. Just a good location. There are plenty better places to stay in Chiang Mai. The place is not worth the name, at least not from what I expect from a Mum home. I hope the staff considers this feedback and those before, because the rooms are nice and as mentioned the location as well, but accommodation is more than just that. Good luck to you!

An incredible family run guest house and small apartment building. One of my favorite places that I ever stayed at in Chiang Mai. My last stay was about 6 or 7 years ago and since I am planning a trip to Chiang Mai right now, I was just checking to see that they are still operating. An incredibly good location to stay in the Old City of Chiang Mai, especially if you are arriving on a bicycle. I am pretty sure I took some photos there and will post them after I find them.
