Worst stay I have ever had…will never come back again. It’s definitely not up to a hotel standard. The building and facilities are aged. My room is dull and creepy. There are basic furniture such as tables, beds, wardrobe etc. If you are happy with staying in a student dormitory, just go ahead. It is definitely not worth a price. We checked in at 3pm and left at 10pm on the same day. We couldn’t bear a stay in such a poor quality…At the end we paid another 80 euro for a better hotel… Anyway, it is not good for family, particularly with young kids. If you are a solo traveler who want a budget stay, i would rather find a hostel. Not recommend to anyone.

5 min walk from Vienna Central T Hauptbahnhof(main train station). I was able to take the train from here to Bratislava, Slovakia(56 min) and Budapest, Hungary(2.75+ hours) Local U1 line is super close. It’s so convenient, the room was clean and just what I needed, as I was out all day checking out all the Christmas markets. For the price point and location, I am satisfied. If you’re expecting fancy, then look elsewhere. My criteria was safe and clean, as I knew I just needed a place to sleep and recharge. They offer breakfast but I was looking to try elsewhere during my day. The staff was super helpful! They also had a basket of fruit everyday for the guests!

This wonderful hotel saved us from sleeping on the street. When this place Betariel Apartments S22 canceled my booking, took 130 euro from me and left us without place to stay at 1 am. Room was clean and warm, furniture was fresh. Bathroom was in good condition, personal was nice and carrying! if i will return to Vienna ill return in a trustful place! Special thanks to Margarita!

Because it was the best budgeted (cheap) version while searching for hotel in Vienna (But it is not cheap hotel generally, just compared others in Vienna), I didn’t have big expectations, but somehow it gave me above than normal experience. Main advantages are: good location (You can easily go anywhere by walking or public transport) and close place to the hbf of Vienna, nice and helpful staff, 24 hours reception and good opportunity to leave your luggage for free in their closed room without taking them to the lockers when you have still some hours to explore city until your flight. my only problem was very old and small bathroom, where it was even hard to move and the bathroom staff looked so old, damaged and not aesthetic. Bathroom was really bad. Room was normal, but the linen also looked so old and used 10000 times. I believe that price is high for this kind of rooms. If you plan to be all day out, while come back just for shower and sleep, this is normal, but if you plan to spend there more time, this isn’t so comfortable place for this.
