It is a great place to stay. Residents will have easy access to various public transports including buses and subways. In addition, the place is pretty comfortable. The staff is also professional and friendly. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful traditional japanese house, very clean and recently renovated. It's well placed in central Kyoto, just next to the kyomizudera temple

It's hard to find the location, but I feel like I'm a Kyoto resident because I'm sandwiched between the same houses that are still in use...The inside has been renovated, so the old and new are blended well. It looked great, and I enjoyed taking a close look at the inside of the room. It is easy to use and has a streamlined construction that is unique to old folk houses. Although it was a short stay, I was satisfied. The delivered breakfast and coffee were both very delicious (^^) Recommended!
