Our room was exactly what we saw in the photos on Expedia. There was no catfishing with the rooms. Service is great and it’s very central in Chiang Mai. Best stay we had in Chiang Mai was at this location. Beds are very hard but surprisingly, we had the most comfortable best sleeps here.

We have stayed 3 nights and the family running the business is charming. The rooms are very clean and spaceful. The service is excellent, they are very attentive. The hotel is in the city center, very well located. It has been a wonderful stay, for sure next time we visit Chiang Mai we will come again! Highly recommended.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Old Town in Chiang Mai. Room was spacious and clean. No elevator but the stairs were easy to get up even with luggage for my 70-something mother in law. The staff were kind and attentive without being intrusive. I loved this place, favorite stay of the visit

Clean, cozy rooms with nice showers. We actually switched from our initially given room which I believe was a higher-rated superior room in the corner on the top floor but had a terrible view of moldy buildings and was louder as you could hear the neighboring school kids. The lady at the front quickly accommodated us. Great shower. Safe in room. Excellent house keeping. Beds are really firm but comfortable. Quiet street but very centralized.Breakfast usually included tasty homemade Thai dishes like noodles or porridge, fruit, a dessert, and tea. The owner is a friendly 75 year old man who speaks great English and enjoys chatting. We however struggled with communicating with the front desk staff which made it less helpful for getting advice about the location and getting around. When we wanted to extend our stay, there was a lot of differing quotes given and back and forth which eventually led us to go to another hotel instead. We did come back to try their mango Paradise which they sell in front which is delicious and recommended. All in all, a nice stay.

What a wonderful experience we had! Breakfast everyday was delicious. The ice cream even more amazing! We started in one of the loft rooms on the 3rd floor. The owners were always very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was clean and large enough for 3 adults and 1 teen. A few blocks from the Sat night market, 1 block from the Sun market, walking distance to Wat's, and many restaurants and shopping close by. We've been in SE Asia for 2 weeks, this was by far out favorite place we stayed!! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
