This hotel is not for u if u want to be near to the night bazaars in Chiang Mai. But for those seeking a calm and serene environment, this place is great! For those staying here, the hotel and the premier wing is two separate buildings and they both have their own check in areas. Make sure your taxi or airport limo drops you at the correct location, if not u will have to be dragging ur luggage behind you.

Close enough to night markets for a stroll. We stayed in the premier wing but both buildings are off the busy mainroad so there is no traffic noise. The service was excellent. The staff speak English well. Breakfast was very nice with many choices.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel. A wonderful welcome that included a big bag of snacks - a lovely surprise. Chandeliers everywhere, in the lobby, in the room … I also appreciated the New Testament that was in the room - thank you!

The staff at the desk, at the doors, and at the pool/gym are wonderful! So friendly and attentive. The only drawback that was a huge inconvenience is that they only give one key per room. Well, I'm here for work and sharing a room, so there are two of us with separate interests and that don't regularly hang out together. So since there is only one key, we have to take turns with it and the one without the key has to stand in the hallway for 5 to 10 minutes while someone from the staff comes to let them in. Sometimes, I have to go back down the elevator to remind them that I'm still waiting after about 10 mins. That part is really annoying considering that I stayed for 6 days, so that was a regular multiple-day occurrence. Every single time you leave the room, someone from the staff has to let you back in. That is not a good experience.
