My mother-in-law booked in January for early May, 3 days before arrival this apartment refused his credit card, although it worked everywhere, my mother-in-law tried to contact them but no response. Finally the day before we arrived it refused us and we were left homeless. I hope future people will also look here on google and cancel the reservation immediately. BE CAREFUL RUN AWAY!!!! NEW NAME, NEW NAME “LA CASA SERENA” Like the 2 previous comments, they canceled my reservation the day before claiming not to be able to charge my 2 different cards! credit on 3 occasions. After contacting my bank I received confirmation that there was no problem with my cards and that no attempt had been made. At 6:00 p.m. I received a message indicating the cancellation, at 6:06 p.m. booking contacted them to find a solution, they refused because they supposedly had another reservation (in less than 6 minutes!!). 2 days later the establishment changed its name. They never responded to a single message, nor concerning the preparation of my trip nor concerning a claim for damage. BEWARE, RUN AWAY!!!!
