Just ok. The location is the upside here. The only upside. Checking in isn't 24/7 so you have to plan ahead and hope you can make it to the time you indicate. The rooms were tiny and despite that the AC didn't manage to chill the room at all. And there's no amenities, just the bare bones room. For the price, just go somewhere nicer in the area.

The room was proper to stay and no lift. But, service was poor. I have never been served of housekeeping. I could not meet the reception person, only communicated via message, however bad communication no response. Even, even though I asked towel, paper, clean up trash, they had not served anything. I was disappointed so much.

Exceptional location (literally 50m from the Trevi Fountain) and absolutely zero outside noise heard from our room despite being so close to a major monument. Spacious room, comfortable bed, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, good wifi and lovely staff. Please be mindful if you struggle with your mobility or have joint problems, there are a few flights of stairs up to the rooms which are quiet steep. Losing a star as the hottest shower temperature was warm at best.

Great place in the center of everything in Rome. A few steps from Trevi Fountain but also easy (15-20min) walk to Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon etc The rooms are clean, well equipped and quiet even though you’re in the middle of it all. Check in was easy even though they don’t stay at the suites. Very accommodating and professional 👌🏻 Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Piccolo Trevi Suites was excellent. We came here for my sister’s birthday and the whole experience from the start was excellent. Livia was able to organise transport to and from the airport and is incredibly nice, friendly and so helpful! The location is amazing and the place itself is basically right next to the Trevi fountain (takes a minute to walk from the door to the fountain) and is in close walking proximity to all the main sightseeing areas. There’s some lovely restaurants and gelato places nearby as well. The rooms are lovely - clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. Livia is an amazing host and regularly checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This was my second stay at Piccolo Trevi Suites - I’ll definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Rome.
