Booked through Booking for a three-day stay in Rome. By insisting on withdrawing money from the credit card declaring it invalid (impossible since I use it daily) they canceled our reservation 3 days before our arrival. Needless to say, we booked another hotel in a peripheral location at a higher cost. OF COURSE we tried to contact the property for days via: calls, emails, messages, chat on Booking and chat on Instagram on the hotel profile. NEVER ANSWERED ANYTHING!

Bad practices unilaterally canceled my reservation a month before my payment commitment and claiming that the card which I use daily was not valid and without offering an alternative or listening to the multiple options that I offered to solve their supposed problem. Transfer at the moment paypal what they need to solve it. No wonder they offered me a room for double the money for the same dates. A shame!!!!!!
