The room was neat and spacious, with a nice air conditioning system, a big-screen TV with Netflix, and a comfortable queen size bed. Lorenzo made our stay! He gave us a room with a beautiful view of the Trevi Fountain, drew out on a map of all the places we must see, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We used all his tips and tricks, and that made the experience that much more grand! Room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable! Thank you again 😊

Great location and spacious room. I deducted 1 star for the following: - The room could be improved with a full length mirror. - The bathroom sink has a large hole which you can lose things down, I'm not sure if this is just a Rome thing. - The bathroom and particularly the shower could be cleaner. - Room is dated. - The pillows were rock hard. - We arrived early and had trouble reaching the owner via the doorbell (didn't answer) and we did not have a local sim card/data so couldn't call. We were lucky we received help from a tourist couple walking by and borrowed their whatsapp.
