For room: 3 towels with holes and dirty, pillow was dirty, beds ok, but no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Room was cold. No ventilation. No ventilation in bathroom. For hotel itself: quite ok and nice (4 stars at least) Breakfast was lean. I expected more. 1 star for specific room and breakfast, but hotel is ok and I give it 4 stars.

Small, relatively cheap hotel. I was there for a week, and the service was good, but the rooms were not of outstanding quality. Some parts of the wall were damaged, and a switch was broken. The location is good if you want to visit the University as I did. Otherwise, it is pretty far to go to the city center or old town.

The location wasn't the best, the room was stuffy and smelled like mold. For some reason our room wasn't even in the main building, it was on the side in small cabin that looked like it was about to break. My beds mattress had blood and some other stains on it. I do not recommend. Staff was nice tho.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were given a room that was not in the photos, it had no curtains, it was 35 degrees inside the room when it was 25 degrees outside but with the windows impossible to open the greenhouse effect is generated. The room was next to a street where every 5 minutes the tram passes and the walls shake. Basically the room is an oven with lighting and noise from 06:00 am. We clearly explained this situation to the hotel staff. They responded very badly and among the justifications they said that this is what we get when we go to a "cheap" hotel. The hotel claims to be 3* and the night cost 80 Euros. I am writing my experience so that this does not happen to anyone else.
