Very good small hotel. Located close to iconic Istanbul places. Room was very clean and spacious. Cleaning every day. One drawback - very noisy. At 6:30 a.m tram under the window get started. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Really fantastic stay with a perfect location for seeing all the sights with walking distance to Hagia Sophia, as well as convenient transportation to other areas of the city such as Galata and a fast train to the Asian side across the water. The rooms are very spacious and we had a lovely view of the Bosphorus. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and none of our requests were too much for Ozan and Fuat, who were looking after us. Bear in mind that you might be able to hear the tram down in the street in the morning, but we really didn’t mind this given the amazing location. If we visit Istanbul again we would gladly stay at Nea Suites again!

Location is good but not with kids. There is hardly a 4 feet distance between the apartments entrance gate to the tram track. This can be dangerous for kids. Other location is perfect and it one of the busiest area. They don’t offer breakfast and only option I found was to go to the MADO every thins else was super expensive at the restaurant. I was at the top floor and it was quite. Lift is at the first floor and up to the 6th floor. However hotel staff helped me to bring my luggage to the room. Entrance is very small.

Before I checked in I had received communications via Whatsapp to see if there was any requirements needed to make my stay more comfortable. Hotel location is excellent, you can see the tram stop from front door which is barely 20 steps Train station is also within feets of the front door! Room are spacious, powerful and hot shower. Very clean room service. For a first time stay in Istanbul I highly recommend. Can be noisy due to street level noise, other than that excellent Not going to upload photos, as what you see in the advert photos is what you get (rooms are bigger than you can see)
