I would 100% recommend this hotel. All staff were super helpful. The checkin staff spent 20 minutes explaining the city and where to go and what to do, also explained what not to do (spams)... They tried their best and the rooms were super clean. And fancy. Bed and pillows were very comfy and better than other hotels in Europe I stayed at. Is a short (less than 30 seconds) walk from the main road. Taxi dropped us at the road and we walked with our bags to the hotel. Easy flat walk.

Great hotel, near to metro, grand bazaar. Very difficult to get a taxi because of traffic and narrow streets. Hotel great view of the nearby mosque. 5 am they start praying, so could use as alarm... We did not order breakfast as it was poor selection. Many places to eat in the surrounding. In room orders from the restaurant were great!

I had a great stay at Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Hagia Sophia, the blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The staff has been very nice, helpful and always smiling. Someone even took my suitcase and brought it to my room, which I've never had in a Mercure! The hotel is nice and feels new, the bedding was very good. If I would improve anything, the Wi-Fi coverage was good, could be faster, breakfast could have more Turkish specialities. I had a great stay and I recommend this hotel.

I would like to thank the front desk team of Mercure Sirkeci for their outstanding hospitality. I booked 1 night for my mom in December 2023. The team not only provided her with transfer from and to the airport, but accomodated every request of my mother. She does not speak English or Turkish, so they escorted her to the room and to the breakfast next morning. They arranged a private city center tour in Russian with a very knowledgeable, professional guide. The great location of the hotel makes it easy to access the most famous historical sites of Istanbul downtown. Big thank you and I wish the Mercure Istanbul Sirkeci team a happy and prosperous 2024!

has been like a 2nd home! Right off the Sirkeci tram, it’s a walking distance to all the major sights around and was simply lovely. The rooms were well appointed, spacious for being in the old city center. Also it’s at a location where it was convenient but not crazy. Enjoying the view while having breakfast. The concierge was so helpful and knowledgeable. Helping me book the best and oldest @cagalogluhamam in Turkey 🇹🇷 follow @modern_mulans on Instagram
