If anyone is wondering where to stay in Rome Nerva Boutique hotel is the place to be. Honestly I believe to be the most wonderful hotel in Rome. The location is perfect for all tourist attractions and other notable places. From the moment of arrival the staff were nothing but welcoming, kind and helpful! The rooms are comfortable, well stocked and chic. The breakfast, snacks and evening drinks were delightful. Thank you to all reception staff who are so friendly and try to do as much as possible for you, to the restaurant and bar staff as well as housekeepers. When we are back in Rome we will stay again. Thank you!

We booked this hotel for the location and chic style, and it didn't disappoint! The rooms are small but perfectly equipped, we loved the marble in the bathroom and comfortable beds. The service were the best - receptionists were very kind and helpful, breakfast service super attentive bringing all we needed. They took care of every little detail as we celebrated a family birthday, thank you! Breakfast was delicious and with many options.

We had a great time and great service from the staff. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, although bathrooms were a bit small, they were totally adequate. A discount for paying in cash. Good food service, snacks, and small bar in the lobby if you are too tired to go out. There are Roman ruins right outside the front entrance. Easy walk to the Colosseum (10 minutes) and Trevi Fountain (about 22 minutes). There are many things to do all within walking distance. For some of the rooms, be prepared to climb stairs or walk up a small hill across the cobblestones.

We booked this hotel because of its location near the ancient ruins in Rome; there is an ancient ruin across from the hotel currently being worked on. The Coliseum was only a 10-minute walk, as were two metro stations. We let them know we were there on our honeymoon and they surprised us with champagne and strawberries. To our surprise, our hotel room had two bathrooms so we had plenty of room to get ready. They also gave us a new bottle of water daily so we never had to worry about finding our water at night. Everyone was polite. When it was raining outside, they let us use the hotel umbrellas. When we go back to Rome, we would stay there again

Wish I could give more than 5 stars for "service" at this hotel. All of the team were truly excellent, above and beyond what one might expect. The location is of course excellent for the ancient parts of Rome, but also easily walkable to the Metro to quickly get around the city. I travelled solo and found the 1 person room to be perfectly decent, ideal for someone who needs a centrally located base to get out and about. And the bar does a very decent dry martini.
