Lovely, cozy rooms. Good price, especially for where it is. Only downside is that the shower didn't seem to keep all the water in. So the bathroom floor could become quite wet. Besides that, excellent hotel for two

Me and my partner stayed here between the 18th-21st December. All I can say is avoid at all costs! On arrival, staff were very unwelcoming. We got to our room and were very unsatisfied… the room much smaller than advertised. We then got into bed… prepare yourself.. we came across bed bugs! This is not okay. When we went down to complain about what we had seen, the man at the desk shrugged his shoulders and said “there’s nothing we can do”. After continuing to complain, they moved us to a different room, which I must say was a huge improvement and actually quite pleasant. One positive from this, there was one gentleman who was very sweet and polite! We sadly didn’t get his name but he was the only one there that was welcoming, apologetic and all together a pleasure. Do not stay here!

Do not stay here! Especially if you are a woman. The owners/men working here are creepy and talk filth in their own language thinking others won't understand them. One man is crazy aggressive, not clear if he's the owner or just a friend of the owner or like to imply he's got some ownership (?!) but he's not safe to be around. Rooms are small, dirty and it's a terrible place - we should have read these reviews before my friend booked.

I hadn’t seen the google reviews before I was on my way to this hotel. TBH I was terrified by the amount of bad reviews. But it turned out to be OKAY. Yes, it is definitely not the cleanest room I have ever stayed (the photos people have posted are actually what you will see), but in my personal opinion, I think it is clean and cozy enough to stay a couple of days. Yes, they are under staffed so you can expect there will be no room service. I can smell the smoke whenever I passed the corridor. BUT Towels are very clean and in good condition. Everything in the room is functional. I am especially pleased to find that a fan is provided in this unbelievably hot weather. To sum up, I will say this hotel is a great value for money. You can have an ensuite located in a great location at a very reasonable price during the tourist season. (Well I paid around £70 per night so it probably the main reason I was kind of satisfied) It really depends on what you’re looking for and what your preferences are.

Would've rather slept in the coach station. Where do I begin... there isn't any lift or elevator, the place is so run down, room is so small, the toilet is tiny I'm a curvy woman and my hips didn't and don't fit the toilet. Had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned as I came at 3pm (the time it told us to come) and there was still mess, underneath the beds mainly. The TV is in Spanish so if you don't understand Spanish well good luck. The doors for the room are soooo close together. We had the fan on and the people next to us asked what the noise was!! As they couldn't sleep. Floors and sink need a really good polish as there's stains and it looks so dirty. The windows are old fashioned, they don't tell you how to open or close them.
