Everything was terrible. Simply everything. It started from the fact that I booked a deluxe room and I was given a smaller one. The room itself was old and dirty and required renovation. When I went to ask for a deluxe room I was asked what don't I like with the current one, basically they did not want to upgrade though I paid a higher price. Eventually they agreed to change the room , but the moment I came to a deluxe room I understood that it's impossible to stay there because of the smell from sewer, I felt like I would live in a sewer, the smell was so strong. So eventually they gave me a smaller room but not the first option, a bit better one, not so "old". It seemed ok until the morning, when I woke up and understood that my toilet, bath and ceiling is leaking. I mean it's a perfect combo if the hotel owner is Satan, I can't explain it otherwise.. After another scandal I finally got to the person who was already very ashamed of the situation from the hotel side so he just gave me an option to choose between 3 rooms and opt for the one I liked the most. I chose the one, it was far from good, but at least it didn't have smell and there was minimal leakage from old bathroom, there was mold though but I decided that most likely they will not offer me anything better. so for the next 4 days I stayed in this room which was more of a struggle rather than joy. The only good thing was the location, and one of the personnel who eventually felt very ashamed of the whole situation and did his best to give me the best option of those that are available (and a bar of chocolate as a compliment :) ) But my advise for you is to avoid it at any cost!

The location is very central but still quite, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast freshly made covering a large variety. Considering that in relation to the price clearly 4 to 5 stars. Nonetheless the rooms are outworn which is not the worst about it. They are simply not clean at all. Mould in shower and at the windows, dirt on the ground, mould in the fridge. The rooms deserve 0 stars. Overall potential wasted if no basic cleaning and refurbishment will be done.

The pictures from any listing you can see online are misleading. The room was ok but the bathroom was terrible, there was mould and rust everywhere, and the toilet seat was slightly dark in colour. We planned on staying there for 5 days but asked for a refund on the first day and moved somewhere else. The staff was nice and understanding but the quality of the room is below a 3 star hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect, however the rest of the hotel is far from it. The rooms are very small and not as nice as the photos online. The shower head was broken, the tap was broken, the hairdryer was broken, the water worked occasionally, and when we mentioned it at reception, it would always be "back soon". The staff were very nice and it's the perfect location as it's a short distance from The Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Square, but depending on your safety and cleanliness standards, I would consider booking elsewhere.
