Germano has terrible service and planning. I made sure multiple times in advance that self-check in was possible because of our late flight into Rome. When we arrived the door into the hotel was locked and could not be opened. When we reached out to Germano we were met with rude remarks, slurs and were told to go find another hotel after waiting over an HOUR for him to come and meet us in the middle of the night. I would not recommend ANYONE to book here. Stay away, there are plenty of other hotels with similar price in the area.

super close to terminal station so that was cool but bring some noise cancelation headphones because at night you can hear the random noise from the polizia car since the police station is just around the corner. Room is super small

It's located within a building on the 3rd floor. Can be accessed by ringing the bell outside and once your checked in you will receive keys to enter and leave as you wish. Checkin in was quick and showed to our room in like 5 mins. Room was clean and spacious and there was a daily room clean. Free WiFi which was very fast Everything is within walking distance. The main train station and metro is a 5 mins walk. Overall excellent room and clean room. Fantastic location to all the rome sightseeing attractions.
