We stayed here in May, 2023. No one to greet us, check-in was in another building in another street. No elevators, long staircase and no one to help with bags. Room was old. Breakfast minimal. The location was the only positive from this experience. Very close to Trevi Fountain. There's also a very good italian restaurant next door.

We stayed at this hotel for nine nights at the beginning of August 2022. We are a family of four and booked a family room. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. The location is absolutely perfect for seeing Rome. Some of the restaurants nearby ended up numbering among the best places we ate in all of Italy. The room was a great value for the price we paid. Yes, there are stairs. Yes, we checked in late and had to pick up our keys at a separate location but it wasn't far away. Owner did a great job coaching us through getting the keys. Google maps took care of the rest. Breakfast was splendid also. Would highly recommend if you're staying in Rome to see the city, especially on a budget.

Check in about 500m from the actual hotel. Recommend they create a simple paper map how to get to the actual hotel. Google maps it useless. Room was 6 flight of steps up so NOT for the overweight or unfit. Room comfy, bed firm, bathroom good although shower hosed water all over the floor. Aircon not working as batteries in remote flat. Replaced and had to give the fan a smack to get cool air. Housekeeping needs a kick in the derriere to ensure everything advertised works. Did not eat there and glad as breakfast was minimal at best. Semi residential setup. Did not have room done daily so cannot comment there. Only noise was from drunk neighbours at 5am Sunday morning. For the price a bit more attention to essentials.

We booked the family room and even though it felt a little cramped, it was an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The only thing I would have appreciated was a warning about having to check in at another location before I had arrived but someone at the hotel very generously let the rest of my party into the room while I walked over to check us in. The bathroom was clean and appropriately stocked. I didn’t like the fact I needed a key to exit the room and the wifi did tend to lose signal very easily but you couldn’t beat the location. It’s conveniently located to bus stops and lots of restaurants. It was a great ending to my Europe trip.
