The location and staff were all so amazing! Room is clean and there are bottles of water + free snacks. I was traveling with my seven month baby and had requested for a baby crib, which was brought to my room after checking in. I will come back to stay again in the future!!

The most ridiculous treatment I’ve ever received from hotel staff. First the passive aggressive “reminder” call 30 minutes before checkout, then the insistent ringing that followed me out the door as I left at 12:01, and then when I asked to store my bag he said he’d “take care of it” but when I came back I found it lying in the lobby exactly where I’d left it. But I saw others’ luggage being moved to a safe place. And finally to add insult to injury, as I shifted items around to prepare to go to the airport the man at the reception (same guy) stood and kept his eyes trained on me as though I would steal something from the lobby (what? A chair? The toilet seat?) Why the suspicion? Am I not a paying guest, just like everyone else? I don’t know what sort of assumptions you made about me, but you need to check yourself. Was it my clothes? I own plenty of nice things but prefer not to travel in them. Was it the backpack? It’s just more easy to travel with. These explanations shouldn’t even matter; I hope you learn and grow past your ignorance and treat all your future guests with exactly the same amounts of respect.
