pros: the location is great and our room was very quiet. cons: the hotel is so run-down. the carpets are covered in stains and the room smells moldy and musty. we kept waking up with sore throats from the weird air. the mattress was stiff and old. also, the services are very old-fashioned. for example, in order to get laundry service, you have to call the reception desk before 9 AM. all in all this place feels like it hasn't been updated since the 90s (at the latest).

Stayed twice here already, October abd December 2023. Good service. Breakfast spread is good and delicious. Rooms are clean. A short walk to MRT ZhongShan station

The location is perfect, it's so close to almost everything. We had a great time staying here although the breakfast is quite as good as what we were expecting but if you are not a picky eater then it's the perfect place to stay

I booked this hotel as many years ago I booked Kodak Hotel series hotel for my Japanese friend. I spent NTD $3000 on Sat night and booked through Kodak website. I specifically noted that I would like to have a 'Clean room' with good air quality. The room given to me is #5001. The carpet got stains and sofa was 20 years old with stains. The room really needs to be renovated. I gave my honest feedbacks to the front desk during my checkout. The light inside the bathroom was blinking and light bulb needs to be replaced. It is really disappointing for what I paid and what was given. Please do give feedbacks to your hotel management. Thanks.
