The location is good, 20 minutes walk to the center or plaza españa. Also you have metro and bus station ver close. The service was great, we had a problem with the room and the receptionist solved it as soon as posible. Breakfast had a lot of options. The only thing is to improve is that you can hear next room noice.

Positives: Very Comfortable bed, with lots of pillows to choose from(and all comfortable). it's clean and in a very good location. they have mini fridge ( it was super helpful to keep my water cold during the summer heat) and safe. wifi was very good, i could work very ok on my laptop from the lobby. hotel has the air of a 5 stars. I can say that the staff is 5 stars plus, they go abive and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay and that you are content. especially the curly and sociable girl who deserve a raise for being so nice and accomodating to all my needs and requests. Things for improvement: for the price you would expect more essentials-no kettle and free teas, windows does not lock, you can hear everything from other rooms even conversations (my neighbour was speaking at the phone very very loudly), windows area can be much more clean (as expected from NH hotel which in my experience is always super clean wherever you go- one of the reasons i am NH hotel member). in between windows and window blinds are quite dusty i could feel this immediately as an allergic person. i could not use the safe as instructions were not so clear. overall it was a good stay, i am happy with my choice of hotel.
