I spent a night here with my best friend and we both really enjoyed it. We got a great room with a view. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everyone of the staff was very smiley also in the morning which brightens up the day immediately. Big recommendation :)

hotel with excellent location and friendly service. unfortunately not too suitable for disabled access as there are uncomfortable stairs for access. the room had no view and therefore too expensive. badly arranged electrical sockets. unacceptable not to have additional sockets in the bathroom and near the beds. one day the cleaning was not done.

Great city, great hotel, great location.Had a fantastic experience after waiting for my room a couple of hours due to high traffic end of the year (Jan 3), Sarah Eijssn, front office manager, came to our rescue with an amazing upgrade room and complimentary drinks. People are very attentive and responsive. Thanks again!!

The room we had was not that big but we were given the best view, view of the canal. The location of this hotel is so perfect, 5 - 10 min walk to the flower market and if you want to go the dam square it is just 5 min walk, the groceries also nearby, everything is within reach with inn-reach. The staff Are very helpful, courteous , friendly, accommodating. The rooms are always kept clean with a free bottle of water daily. Will definitely stay again at NH citycenter.
