Just be aware the room walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room clear as day. Having said that, good price, clean, powerful shower, lovely staff, secondary glazing is good, convenient location and genuinely a good quality breakfast. Would be even better if able to cast to the tv with the WiFi but for the price that's being picky

Having previously and quite recently stayed in an NH hotel, I was expecting something a little above the ordinary. This hotel, however, has a tired and dated feel, from the scuffed walls and scarred wood to the bath that you have to step into to have a shower. There was not even a kettle in my room or the twin room next door where other family members stayed. There appears to be little or no sound insulation between rooms. I found the day receptionist curt and unfriendly on checkout, unlike the night manager who was very engaged and welcoming the night before. He allowed an extra hour for checkout; when I told her it had been authorised, she coldly resisted it. Overall, nothing special.

The location is good, you will be 40 min walk away from the centre and 20 min walk from the Arts and Science complex. The rooms are ok, the only thing is that sometimes it smells of sewage. The room that we got has a window on the inside, so there isn’t much natural light. The services are quite good and the people from the hotel, including housekeeping and breakfast are very nice. The breakfast was satisfactory: you have eggs, fruits, breads, cheeses and meats, cereals, pastries, juices, coffee and tea. They also have specific valencian food to try, including horchata and fartons.
