A superb hotel, everything was perfect and I had a really wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, huge and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, a great way to set yourself up for a day of sightseeing. The staff are absolutely wonderful, so friendly, efficient and nothing is too much. The room service from the restaurant was lovely and arrived very quickly. I also love the app where you can order everything from toiletries and mini bar refills and room service to taxis from the comfort of your room. The location is great, the church opposite is beautiful, it's very central but also quiet and there are lots of wonderful antique shops, chocolate shops and cafes right next door. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler even in the late evening. There is really nothing I would change about this wonderful hotel. I am looking forward to visiting this or another NH Hotel very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at this hotel was great. They had a private parking, nice rooms, and a great location. The best thing however was the service. I especially wanted to thank Hakima for helping us get our passports back after forgetting them in our room’s safe. So kind and helpful.

We were family of 3 on vacation and visited Brussels for 3 days. Check in was smooth and fast. We were thankful for the upgrade suite. On reaching the room, we realised that house keeping work especially for the bathrooms were not done, old towels dirty toilet etc.So informed the house keeping team. Cleaning was swiftly done thereafter.So unusual for the reception to do check in for us when room is still not cleaned up.The suite rooms are very spacious and the hotel is in a central place, well connected to all restaurants and tourist locations. Breakfast spread was amazing and we enjoyed the food.It had a wide variety indeed.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the NH Collection hotel in the Sablon Quartier. The room was lovely, a decent size and very comfortable bed and sofa. The only improvement that I would make is that the hotel would also provide cot beds for those travelling with toddlers. The service was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good albeit a bit on the pricey side but very convenient. The location is fantastic - surely one of the best locations in Brussels. Thank for a very pleasant stay - we hope to be back!
